At the annual members meeting I volunteered to work on a committee. To date, I've never heard from anyone. I'm just trying to do my part to make it a better community. There are issues to address and I don't know of any other format to get involved. Just complaining doesn't change anything.
Hello Larry. Great to hear you'd like to help with some committee work, we'd love to get more residents involved. I'm sorry no one has contacted you and I just today saw your posting. Do you remember who you talked with at the meeting and what committee area you were interested in helping with?

I spoke to Jake Housman. The Access, Road and Security Committee. He told me that he was "done" serving. I mentioned that because there were no elections held that night, I would volunteer to serve on the board if appointments were to be made.
Larry, expiring Board positions are normally filled each year by community votes and since we did not have a quorum we will have to repeat the process as many times as it takes until we obtain a quorum and can hold the meeting. This is inefficient for sure, but unfortunately our Bylaws provide no other option. We'd welcome your help on the gates committee if you'd be interested in helping that way. You would not be a Board member, but a committee member.
