We are a fairly new resident. We have had several generators in our previous residences so I was anxious to once again have one. Somehow I got Quality Generators thru Home Depot. A really top notch installation. Very impressed

House Cleaning / Care Giver

We're looking for a mature individual that can do a weekly clean on a one bedroom guest home on our property in Crown Oaks - preferably on Wednesday's. The guest home is an 1100 sq ft home, one bedroom, 2.5 baths, single garage, covered porch. There's only one person living in the guest home - our 87 year old father. We currently have a maid that comes weekly that spends 3 to 4 hours cleaning, does the dishes, removes the bedding and does one load of laundry and replaces the bedding. My father doesn't use the stove, so it's always clean. The home is impeccably clean already, but that's what my father is used to. My father leaves the home during the 3 to 4 hour cleaning process from 10:30am to 2:00pm. He pays $80 cash weekly. His current maid is moving at the end of October, so we're looking for a replacement starting October 31, 2024. If interested (or know someone who is), please text me. If you're efficient, the cleaning process can be completed in 2 to 3 hours or however long it takes to do a laundry cycle (washing, drying and replacing bedding).

My wife and I are new to Crown Oaks and Texas. Does anyone know a tree trimming service that is good and reasonable? Also we are looking for help with landscaping and home remodeling.

Sprinkler System Installation & Repair

The Association completed a total revamp of its front entrance sprinkler system in April 2024. The contract for this work was awarded to Flow-Right Irrigation & Drainage Solutions. Brandon Mize is the owner of Flow-Right and can be contacted at 346-588-1415. Flow-Right did an excellent job for the Association.
